Terms of use and legal notices

Welcome to the website of Sisense Ltd. ATTENTION: PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS WEBSITE. USING THIS WEBSITE INDICATES THAT YOU ACCEPT THESE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT ACCEPT THESE TERMS, DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE. Sisense Ltd. (collectively with its affiliates, “Sisense” “we“, “our” or “us“) authorizes the users of this website (“users” or “you“) to view, copy and print the materials at this website (hereinafter, the “Site”) subject to the following terms and conditions:

Use of the Site

Except as expressly stated herein, you are authorized to view, copy, and print the contents of the Site subject to the following conditions: (i) you may use the content of the Site for your personal, informational, non-commercial purposes. You may not modify the materials at the Site in any way or reproduce or publicly display, perform or distribute or otherwise use them for any public or commercial purpose. Any use of the materials at the Site on any other website or network computer environment for any other purpose is prohibited (ii) any copy or portion must include the Sisense copyright and other proprietary notices, (iii) no modifications or reproductions are made; and (iv) Sisense reserves the right to revoke this authorization at any time. The contents of the Site are copyrighted and any unauthorized use of any materials at the Site may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws. If you breach any of these Terms, your authorization to use the Site automatically terminates and you must immediately destroy any copied or printed materials. You may not use or launch any automated system, including without limitation, “robots,” “spiders,” “offline readers,” or similar tools, that accesses the Site in a manner that sends more request messages to the Site’s servers in a given period of time than a human can reasonably produce in the same period by using a conventional on-line web browser. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Sisense grants the operators of public search engines permission to use spiders to copy materials from the Site for the sole purpose of creating publicly available searchable indices of the materials, but not caches or archives of the materials. Sisense reserves the right to revoke these exceptions either generally or in specific cases. You may not collect or harvest any personally identifiable information, including, without limitation, account names, from the Site, nor use the communication systems provided by the Site for any commercial solicitation purposes. You may not circumvent, disable or otherwise interfere with security related features of the Site or features that prevent or restrict use or copying of any Content or enforce limitations on use of the Site or the content therein.

The contents of the Site are subject to change without notice. The contents of the Site are furnished “As Is” without any warranty whatsoever. Although Sisense attempts to provide accurate information on the Site, Sisense assumes no responsibility for the accuracy and completeness of the information or other contents of the Site. Sisense’s obligations with respect to its products and services are governed solely by the agreements under which they are provided and nothing on the Site should be construed to alter such agreements.

Limitation of Liability

In no event will Sisense, its suppliers, or other third parties mentioned at the Site be liable for any damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, those resulting from lost profits, lost savings, lost data, business interruption or other special, consequential or incidental damages) arising out of or relating to the use, inability to use, or the results of use of the Site, its contents, or any websites linked to the Site, whether based on warranty, contract, tort or any other legal theory and whether or not Sisense has been advised of the possibility of such loss or damages.

Intellectual Property

All Intellectual Property Rights to the Site’s contents (including the information, computer code, graphical design, images, software, company names, and trademarks) belong to Sisense or third parties. Any use, copying, or distribution of the contents of the Site is prohibited except as specifically permitted herein.

Sisense Community

If you participate in the Community or other part of the Site that allows you to post your comments, you may not: (i) submit material that is copyrighted, protected by trade secret or otherwise subject to third party proprietary rights, including privacy and publicity rights, unless you are the owner of such rights or have permission from their owner to post the material and to grant Sisense the right to display it on the Site; (ii) publish false or misleading information that could harm Sisense or any third party; (iii) submit material that is unlawful, obscene, defamatory, threatening, harassing, hateful, offensive or inappropriate; (iv) post advertisements or solicitations of business; (v) impersonate another person; (vi) Share any file or link to a file that contains viruses, corrupted files, or other contaminating or destructive features; (vii) post spam messages and/or posts repeated excessively on one or more boards. Sisense respects intellectual property rights, and expects you to do the same. Please note therefore that the Community is the property of Sisense, its group companies or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property rights (including but not limited to copyright) and that you do not have a right to use the Community in any manner not covered by these Community Terms. You acknowledge that by posting materials on the community you grant to us and our licensors and assigns an irrevocable, perpetual, royalty free, worldwide license to use the materials both within the community site and in any other manner. The license extends to copying, distributing, broadcasting, and otherwise transmitting, and adapting and editing the materials. Sisense does not endorse any opinion, recommendation, or advice expressed by any participant in a blog, community forum, or comment section on the Site. Sisense reserves the right to remove and edit any content submitted by a user to the Site in violation of these terms of use, and to terminate that user’s access to the Site, at its sole discretion without prior notice.

Community User Profile Information

  1. We may refuse to grant you, and you may not use, a username or email address that is already being used by someone else, that impersonates another person, that belongs to another person (without that person’s consent), that violates the intellectual property or other rights of any person, that is vulgar or offensive, or that we reject at our sole discretion.
  2. In consideration of your use of the Community, you agree that all your profile information is accurate, true, current, and complete. Sisense may terminate your account if any of your profile information is inaccurate, false, out of date, or incomplete.
  3. You must have your own username and password. You may not share your username or password, even with your colleagues, teammates, or other company employees.
  4. You are responsible for activity that occurs and statements/posts made under your username. So, please ensure that your password is strong and kept private.

Community Unauthorized Use

If your username or password is compromised, if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account, or you notice another breach of security, you must notify us immediately ([email protected]). If you notice any violation of these T&Cs, please let us know by emailing us ([email protected]) or using the “Report Inappropriate Content” feature in the “Options” menu of the post. COMMUNITY GUIDELINES. Your participation in the Community is subject to the Community Guidelines posted by Sisense in the Community from time to time. Sisense may change the Community Guidelines at any time, at its sole discretion. Your continued use of the Community after changes are posted to the Community Guidelines will constitute your acceptance of such changes. Please do not use the Community if you do not agree to the new Community Guidelines.

Linking to the Site

You may create links to the Site from other sites, but only in accordance with the terms herein, in compliance with all applicable laws, and subject to the following limitations:

  • The other site does not contain content that could be construed as unlawful, obscene, defamatory, threatening, harassing, hateful, offensive or inappropriate, and contains only content that is appropriate for all age groups
  • You may link to but not replicate Sisense content
  • You may not create a browser or border environment around Sisense content
  • You may not imply that Sisense is endorsing it or its products
  • You may not misrepresent its relationship with Sisense
  • You may not present false information about Sisense products or services
  • You may not use the Sisense logo or marks without permission from Sisense

General

Sisense may revise these Terms at any time by updating this posting. You should visit this page from time to time to review the then-current Terms because they are binding on you. Certain provisions of these Terms may be superseded by expressly designated legal notices or terms located on particular pages at the Site. If you access the Site from locations outside Israel, you are responsible for compliance with applicable local laws. Any claim relating to the Site or use of the Site will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel, without reference to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to your use of the Site will be brought in, and you hereby consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in, the state courts sitting in Tel Aviv, Israel. You agree to waive all defenses of lack of personal jurisdiction and forum non-conveniens and agree that process may be served in a manner authorized by applicable law or court rule. If any term or provision of this Legal Notice is for any reason held to be invalid, such invalidity shall not affect any other term or provision, and this Legal Notice shall be interpreted as if such term or provision had never been contained in this Legal Notice.
