I love that Sisense has Employee Resource Groups for our employees. It’s a great way to cultivate a sense of community and both educate and celebrate the diversity of our coworkers.

Advice
Don’t be afraid to ask questions. Collaborating with others will allow you to be exposed to different approaches for challenges you face on the job and in life. Sisensers are always willing to lend a hand and work together towards the solution. You’re not doing it alone!

Advice
Take initiative. Growth requires you to take risks, ask questions when you’re stuck and be uncomfortable not always knowing the answer. Show that you have a passion for what you do and that you’re committed to learning, so even when you mess up, you will have a team to help pick you up.

Sisense knows that the people come first. We have families, we have major life events happening, we have everyday joys and everyday sadnesses. Although we are all fiercely driven and push ourselves to be our best, Sisense lets us know that before we are employees, we are people. And that really matters

Advice
Do something every day that contributes to your personal development. In every job, it can be easy to get stuck in the day in/day out grind. But if you are constantly improving yourself, even by the smallest increments, you’ll better avoid burnout and be ready for whatever the world gives you. Never stop learning. Invest in yourself. No one else will do that for you.

I feel that Sisense cares a lot about its people which is very important to me.

Advice
I think it’s important to find a job with good potential, you must consider their product and the company overall. For example, if the product looks like it brings value to people and the company has good working conditions. To me, Sisense has both.
